The only safe place I had to hide
But then my fortress began to fall.

He built me four new walls
A new place for me to hide
He promised me they'd never fall
That I'd always be safe inside.

He found the nicest place he could
Built a new fortress on solid ground
He opened the front door for me
And then he tore the whole thing down...
